Just, login and go to "Page Elements" section - look at the "header section", there's a "Links" widget , then Click "Edit", then add your links into the box that opened, here you don't need to add the "Home" link, that's will be created automatically when you a link or more links...
Wanna replace the search box with your "adsense search"? - Click "Edit HTML" - browse into < div id='nav-right' > , and after the above code you'll find the search code, and you may replace it with your adsense code...
